Women’s Mind-Body Adventure Retreats
We curate immersive, all-inclusive, mind-body adventure retreats for women craving wild landscapes and meaningful connection. We design the structure, intention, and rhythm of each retreat, while equipping guests with thoughtfully prepared maps, gear and gear guidance, and route information to explore Idaho’s rivers, mountains, and trails at their own pace.
Seasonal adventures include paddle boarding and hiking in the summer, hiking and climbing in the spring and fall, and nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and downhill skiing in the winter. Professional instruction provided for all rock-climbing experiences and downhill ski lesson available.
Each retreat weaves adventure with intention through yoga, forest therapy, painting, photography, jewelry making, backcountry women empowerment, and mindset/trauma coaching, inviting participants to move boldly, reconnect deeply, and experience the freedom of self-guided exploration.
Our retreats are designed to remove the stress, so you can fully sink into the experience. Along with thoughtfully curated adventure and mind-body wellness workshops, we arrange the lodging in beautiful Idaho destinations and take care of the details that usually weigh people down.
